This firm has been extremely irresponsible and rude to us by not providing a solution to their mistake. We've been waiting for an appointment for over a month, and with only three days left, they sent us an email informing us that our appointment had been canceled for no reason. Then, when we contacted them to find out why, they told us they had too many cases and could no longer serve us.
