Susan represents debt collection in website and consultation, but once she gets the demand letter money $225, she then tells me she is not a debt collector and able to file suit. Here is her email to me :"You did not hire me to call them and make telephone collection attempts...you hired me to prepare a demand letter. I do not normally make collection calls, and I do not make calls to debtors and threaten to sue." Well don't know what to say.
