Up charge? When we all know what happened. No help with attorneys. Atty complaint was failure to make payment.
I highly recommend Steve Rossi and Kendra. Steve made himself available to discuss my case the same day I inquired about his services. He spent a good amount of time addressing my concerns and putting a plan in place. He is extremely knowledgeable, confident, and professional. Kendra likewise responded to any contact I made in a timely manner and was very helpful. I would confidently hire their team again if the need arose.
I do not recommend this law firm .The lady that answers the phone I’m assuming that she’s a family member of the law firm She stated that her last name was Rossi this lady does the intake calls to pass to the Lawyer and in the process of doing the intake call I explained to her I didn’t feel comfortable sharing the name of the school that I wanted to sue I proceeded to say that I was told not to tell you guys the name of the school as of yet until you guys are agreeing to represent me in case you guys represent them and warn... read more
