At first due to his false advertisement of Black Lives Matter, we used his services but he is not for black people. In fact run the other way black people and get a fair, good lawyer. He uses our circumstances to get our money, assist the system in putting us away and traumatize us in the guise of Christian beliefs.
Mr. Foley is very direct and knowledgeable about criminal cases. He tells you exactly what to expect and does not pull any punches with you. After consultation, you will be able to come to a very informed decision on what to do next going forward. I spoke to Mr. Foley this morning Tuesday, March 21, 2023 and to my surprise this man read the law relevant to my inquiries– §843.01 "resisting arrest with violence".
