Owing a debt is never pleasant. Often we ignore it because of embarrassment or we don't have the money. I received a court judgement and called Sherri. She was pleasant, compassionate, got my debt reduced, and made it all go away. I appreciate the time she took to help me. Karrie was who took my payment, just as nice as Sherri. If more people were like them, I believe those who are in trouble would feel comfortable dealing with them.
My account manager, Eric Sandusky, was extremely helpful in paying off a two-year-old medical bill. He helped me form a plan that will have me finishing pay it off within a year! Plus, he was really friendly and made me feel like I was talking to someone trying to help me rather than a debt collector. Hats off to him! I did have a few times where my card was overcharged or a payment came through on the wrong date, which is the only thing that is making me give them four stars. But those problems were solved pretty quickly!
James Sisto is wonderful. I've worked with him for years. Not only is he helpful and reliable, but incredibly patient.
Please be aware that this is a SCAMMING fake law firm!!! It's not even a legit law firm at all! Whatever mail you got from this place demanding you to pay money to them, please DO NOT do it. Don't fall for their trap. Avoid this so-called FAKE company at all costs. I was so naive and got scammed by them, so now I wanted to let the whole world know about this.
It has been 5 months since I was hit head on and brutally driven off the road, nearly totalling my car. They have not accomplished anything at all, saying that because I wasn't "seeing a doctor", they aren't able to determine liability or work on my settlement. I have seen a doctor numerous times, sent them the paperwork, asked them to follow up with the hospitals about my insurance information, and now my medical bills are going to collections.
