This stressful decision to file Chapter 7 was put at ease by Neil Crane's office. Highly capable and proficient attorneys who never gave me a run around. While my case was probably simpler than others, they were able to protect my musical assets and vehicle which I thought I would need to file Chapter 13 and make a payment plan. Everything was affirmed to have been protected, and I thought I would have to liquidate my musical assets under Chapter 7, which was not the case thankfully.
