I have used Monica on and off since 2012 two divorces and two custody cases. I have not once been disappointed. Very upfront with what to expect and honest. She truly fights for her clients. I’m not sure what I would do if I didn’t have her by my side.
We were able to get the desired outcome easily. Monica Chernin aggressively defended our case, understood our point of view and strengths. Strongly recommended!!!
Ms. Chernin took the time to listen to my concerns and helped ease my mind with a lot of things I was experiencing. She looked out for the best interest of my child and was very helpful when I didn't understand things. Plus she is affordable!
Ms. Chernin does a great job, she listens and gives you honest advice. She knows her craft well. I would give her name out to any body in a heart beat.
Money makes her work I guess. Very unprofessional and not a responsive lawyer.I didn't understand wording in my custody agreement she assured me it was legal terms just to find out she knew as much as I do about the law. She never answered my calls or emails, Not an aggressive go getter, she didn't do anything or respond to anything I sent. Just the bill, Good luck but I would definitely not recommended this office! Please look somewhere else if you want a real lawyer that fights for you not just your money!
