Mitchell was rude and kept interrupting me during our phone consultation. He was completely insensitive to my issue and continued to dominate the conversation whenever I tried to explain. He would talk over me and I kept asking him to stop and allow me to explain. If you’re experiencing workplace harm, please don’t contact him. He’s rude and insensitive.
I called looking for legal advice, and he was disgustingly rude. He asked a few questions, I answered and without even asking what type of outcome I’m looking for or merely giving advice he stated he’s not interested in taking my case and that I need to reach out to other lawyers.
Our experience with Mr. Weingarden's firm was a pleasant one. He was very responsive, considerate and prepared. When I first spoke to him, I immediately could tell that he was more knowledgeable about the law than other lawyers I spoke too, especially when it came to human rights and the Fair Housing Act. Moreover, he spent more than 30 minutes just listening to our needs and provided thoughtful advise.
