Micheal was SO SO SO helpful in helping see resolve my issue with the best possible outcome (better than I even thought would be possible). He was super communicative - would respond promptly within an hour (or a few hours) of my emails, very helpful for any questions I had, and generally all around kind and understanding. I highly recommend him. I had such a good and helpful experience with him, I am certain I will be back if I have any other issues come up going forward.
