Mark is a very attentive and responsible and very much a professional. The process was a lengthy one and Mark gave it his all. He always made sure we knew at all times what was happening and that he/we were always prepared for the next step of this journey. Christine was involved as well and she also did an outstanding job. We called the office of Mark Sherman late in the afternoon, for a serious situation involving my teenage son. Kim who answered the phone put us at ease and was able to get Mr. Sherman to guide us. Mr. Sherman was incredibly efficient, thorough, and tenacious. The charges were dropped very quickly. We highly recommend his services.
