No bueno lack of professionalism, lack of attention on some cases in other words Money first ethics later
I got in a car accident the beginning of March and called them for representation. They initially were okay with communicating but then they stopped. I called them at least 3 times asking if they were going to take my case or if they were going to call and ask for more information (almost a month later) and every time I was told "we will be in touch" or "I will send an urgent message for Lourdes to call you". They never did call me, and it has been almost 2 months since I first called them. I ultimately had to go with a diff... read more
