Attorney from this law firm Joe Gugino showed up on hearing in which my association attorney was asking court to charge me, the homeowner, for all the fees he accumulated. Overcharging associations!! Get quoted one price get a different price when it was done over $4,000 above what was quoted. This firm has real become all about the billing hours since Mark Hanson has retired. Disappointing.
Dan Lobeck has provided my condo association with great legal advice and guidance. This has been both in the interpretation and understanding of the condo documents, the Florida Condo Law, and also involving a protracted and contentious litigation in which our association was involved. He and his staff pay particular attention to detail. Dan is very knowledgeable in this area of the the law, and I'd highly recommend him.
