Unprepared and unwilling to fight for my case. If you have unlimited money and don't care to see it go to waste, this is the place for you. In my experience, the office was very diligent about collecting payment, but the effort seemed to stop there. Terrible communication, the office wouldn’t respond for days sometimes weeks. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Good luck to anyone who decides to hire this firm
