I hired Kirk Halpin in November, 2022 for a customer agreement for an app. It is now almost April, 2023 and I still do not have it (~4 months). I received the first draft three weeks after my initial meeting with Kirk (12/25/22). I met with Kirk over Zoom on February 2 to review the updates that I needed.
