My good book says give credit as due. Let me tell how excited I was when I called at ACTUALLY spoke with Mr. O'Brien. I find it to be VERY humble and service oriented for an attorney with great ratings to be the first contact. I called he said he was on a call and would call me back. It was stressful being executor for my father's estate. Kevin answered all my questions and returned calls, emails promptly. It was very helpful having him help me deal with the probate process and angry sibling. I would highly recommend Kevin's professional services.
Sat on probate paperwork for three months before realizing that it was never submitted. Then insisted on doing DMV title paperwork (something that I could have easily accomplished on my own) and screwed that up also. Save yourself some aggravation and avoid this practice.
Losing my mom unexpectedly in October was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. But in January, my brother & I decided I would be Administrator on her Estate (with him living over an hour away it made more sense). Going through Probate made me nervous though because I tend to overanalyze things & want to make sure I'm filling out all of the paperwork correctly.
