****** in office quoted one price on phone but contract required lots of money up front. I would never have wasted my time. When questioned she became Mr Jeckl and said I was "combative" and was "mailing my check back to me". She never did. Attorney K. L***** never responded to my emailed complaint. I think this is a racket to collect $300 consult fees for those who cannot afford the retainer.

Ms. ****** was told we have a $300 consultation fee and a $4500 retainer fee. She paid the consultation fee and then changed the contract to say the retainer was only $300.00. Then, she became very rude to the legal assistant who told her that she could not just change the contract to suit herself. If she did not agree with the contract then she should not sign it. She was given a consultation for her fee. Some people are just not happy. Kathleen
