I help family members and seniors when assistance becomes necessary, I will help plan for succession with a Will or Trust. When needs are great, I will help arrange for Medicaid to share the cost. When needs are not so great, I will help select and appoint an agent to serve under a power-of-attorney or arrange for the appointment of a guardian or conservator to serve under court supervision. And, when worst comes to worst I will help the family carry out the wishes expressed in the Will or Trust.
