John was extremely helpful with assisting my father with preparing the necessary contracts to properly preserve his assets. John was very knowledgeable of contract law, a great listener and very thorough in creating the necessary contracts. I highly recommend John!
Attorney Williams refuses to respond to a family member requesting to make a simple change in a will he wrote 7 years ago. This leaves a family member in the position of incurring the cost of hiring a new attorney to rewrite his will if he wants to move on with making this change. I guess there isn't much money to be made with this simple request.
It was such a pleausre to work with John Williams. He was a breath of fresh air at a time that me and my parents needed someone of his caliber the most! His knowlege about Florida medicaid and guardianship law was very impressive! I shopped around since my family's issue was a little complicated, and found his expertise and demeanor to be exactly what we needed.
