We were referred to your office and scheduled a consultation. Despite our busy corporate schedules, my husband and I adjusted our calendars to accommodate the appointment time offered. At the scheduled time, no one joined the consultation. When I called the firm, I was told that I could reschedule. While I understand that conflicts arise, customer service is an important part of building trust—particularly at the outset of a client relationship.

The Jenny Ling team was the best in guiding me with my estate planning. Such a serious topic but we managed to have fun and find some laughs along the way😁. Great communication always and a professional team throughout the entire process. 5 stars for sure!!!

I did not have the best of experience. Long story short; the degree of difficulty of the service requested combined with length of time and communication throughout the process equaled a poor result to the point where I’m going to need to spend more money to redo it. Your results may differ.
