James Peters volunteered to help me with a situation through ARAG legal services. After 2 phone calls (totaling less than 5 minutes,) and a string of emails(in which he couldn’t be bothered to punctuate or structure a proper sentence,) Mr. Peters left me in a WORSE situation than before his “help.” He was “too busy with trials” to further support me after sending a letter of demand to involved parties.
