I just spoke to Jim for the first time - I sent a message to his site and he called me back at 9:15 on a Saturday night on his personal cell, talked to me for almost an hour about my second OUI and made me feel a thousand times better about dealing with this charge. 12/10 just on one phone conversation, what a great guy and a straight-shooter.
