I am writing this review based on my recent experience with this firm. Back in Feb/March 2025, I contacted JC Law only to inquire about possibly hiring an attorney for a family court matter. I never retained them,never had an official consultation with any attorney from the firm, and no one from this firm ever represented me in court. This law firm is terrible… I had a phone consultation scheduled on Thursday the 11th at 1:00 PM EST. I did not receive a call until 1:15 PM. She then put me on hold and came back by letting me know there are no attorneys available or the attorneys are not picking up. She said there is one that is out for lunch until 2 PM and his name is Mark. She asked if she can put me on his schedule for him to call me. I said yes. He never called. She was great she responds very quickly to text emails never had to wait long she responded same day very polite very helpful. Very kind. Got me through this process with ease. I really appreciate Miss Julie Lang.
