I have been ignored, belittled, and am no closer to closing my case that has been open since 2019. I have to initiate any calls or ask if he could actually do his job and report an insolvent business to IRS and all other tax sources. As of yet, I can tell you he has not. My Mother used this firm for estate planning. When the time came to execute the will the incorrect paperwork was requested from the court. We were able to get some of the funds settled but the remainder had to go to unclaimed property.
