Sophia made an appointment for me to go into the office and called me the morning of the appointment and canceled. She tried to tell me the appointment was for the following month (then why did she call me)? She eventually admitted she had made an error. As it was, I had been trying to get a question answered for 6 weeks and another month was just too long to wait. Never return calls. Should communicate that they are not interested in taking my case instead of telling me that they will get back to me. Very disappointed.
