Over the years, and based on increasing demand, my law office has expanded into various areas of the law, including Criminal Law, Civil Law and Family Law, to better serve my growing clientele. I am extremely proud to be able to offer legal advice, legal counsel and representation in most any area of the law, and to most any client, from individuals to corporations and government bodies.

As the operating manager of a business, I engaged the services of Mr. O’Rourke to begin evection proceeding against a commercial tenant. Mr. O’Rourke was recommended by a mutual friend. This man is basically retired and just keeps taking peoples money to work as he feels like it. He took my families money which he convinced them to pay a flat fee up front (not a retainer?) and then proceeded to take up to 2 years to evict a negligent tenant (already a year plus behind rent before his hiring). He even suggested to the judge to post pone when the tenant showed up without an attorney instead of letting the judge make the decision.
