Called them to set up doing a will/living will. They said they'd call back. I called back a month later, and they said "oh no, we'll have someone call you right back". Two weeks later, no call. If they don't want to do the work, that's fine, but at least have the respect to just say that, rather than just blowing me off.

In the wake of my mother’s death, I was the victim of a confidence game. Thus, I submitted a complaint to the State Bar Association re: Mr. Hyatt for the following reasons: misrepresentation, failure to disclose all the material facts and fraud. I retained his services for $2,000.00 to submit a Probate Petition on my behalf and nominate the professional fiduciary (PF) he recommended to serve as the administrator for my later mother’s estate.
