I've used Mrs. Brady numerous times. When I purchased my first home. Mrs. Brady is well abreast of the purchase of Real-estate. She made sure everything was in Order and she made sure that I had an emmaculent Home Inspector. When I also added my rental home to my trust. I would highly recommend her for all of your real-estate needs.
I can only say after our 4th or 5th real estate closing there is no better team. Prompt, always courteous, very knowledgeable, always available to answer any questions, very competitively priced, and best of all my wife and I are always happy after our work with their office.
Mary Brady and her team were wonderful to work with. they were professional, efficient and considerate. they were a pleasure to work with.
Friendly attorney who knows the laws. She asked questions, advised us what could be done and how to do it. She had paperwork completed for us. We went in signed it and paid her in one visit. All was taken care of correctly.
