This is the estate planning lawyer to go with. We worked with Ellen for our estate plan and were thoroughly pleased. She was very patient and answered many questions, explaining complicated details until we were satisfied. She makes the process easy with to-do checklists, her communication is excellent with direct phone and email access, and when it comes to signing she is a notary and brings in witnesses for you. All about the money! Sounds sweet. Don't be fooled. Mother on her death bed and now finding the this lawyer prepared multiple documents but never assured they were signed - and refused to answer a few simple questions during the chaos our family is going through. The stereotype of sounding professional - but show me the money first type of professional.
