Very unpleasant staff. Mr Tovar my Representative in court & the front desk receptionists had a sense of rushing things after I had paid them as if they wanted to quickly finish my case without being sufficient nor informative from the start. Nobody cared to keep me updated or informed as time went on & only called me twice to ask me about my final payment as if money mattered more to them than their own client. Without getting into the details I can readily say that I can't speak highly enough of my representation by the firm. I had a wonderful experience and the price was exactly where I expected it to be. Considering that dealing with a lawyer is rarely a joyful experience I can honestly say the staff at Ear Carter & Associates were professional, genuine, and sincere throughout. A+
