Wasted me and my wife's time for 2 months then sent us a letter saying the case is closed dr bruce is really old and if you are not from the area he probably won't even be able to get to you was told we where in the favor and where looking at this much signed paperwork didn't hear anything not one phone call also they don't answer there phones worst unprofessional place and law firm I've contacted they don't contact you with update or anything.
One of the worst lawyers there's is I never heard a lawyer say you do have a case but I don't not want to take it I thought you suppose to fighting for what's right not how money you can make you are part of the problem people should really start defending themselves lawyers is just the middle man I was yell at I couldn't even get a word rude receptionist
We opened a case against the hospital where my son was born and the malpractice occurred. We were with Dr. Fagel and Associ for about a year and a half when the hospital settled, we were advised to take the settlement, and we had to pay $95,000 in lawyer fees, plus other charges from the hospital investigation. I felt the hospital should have covered these charges and the lawyers should have pursued that. They could have been more aggressive for us.
