I had one of the worst experiences choosing Mr. Horton to handle my father's estate. Consistent mistakes on paperwork, no shows for court dates, complete and utter procrastination causing the probate to last over 2.5 years, and now that it's "over" I'm still recieving bills in the mail from items that should have been paid (since the money came out of the estate). We called attorney Horton for an elder abuse case because the person caring for my father was stealing from him. David Horton Esq. helped our family sue my father's "care-giver" after she robbed him blind. My father has now passed, so we called attorney Horton to help with probating his estate. Mr. Horton is very compassionate. He treated our father with the kindest of respect and was there for our family like no other. We Highly recommend his law office!
