I was very impressed with David and his team. Our mortgage loan officer was unfamiliar with 2- and 3- unit HOAs that are common around Boston. David’s team (who has worked with countless small HOAs) was able to work with them to accept the paperwork these HOAs had. Still the mortgage company only gave us final approval around 4:00 pm.
