I don’t even know where to begin. I consulted with Dan in August as a first time landlord with a bad tenant. I made so many mistakes. Dan not only helped me with my LT issue, he gave me guidance (FOR FREE) all the way until January. After finally getting the bad tenant out he continued to follow up to make sure I was in compliance with NJ Law. Dan, you are a one of a kind. I used Mr Delaney when I found myself unexpectedly needing a lawyer.. He listened to me intently and investigated my case thoroughly. He handled all aspects of the case from getting the police report to speaking with the prosecutor and judge on my behalf. I felt assured in his confidence and found him easy to talk to.
