In my personal experience, this driver did not pay attention to the crosswalk and ended up cutting me off. I was disappointed with how he handled the situation and did not feel he took proper responsibility. I would advise him to reread the driving laws, which state that you must stop before a crosswalk. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him as an attorney.
A reckless driver, without checking the pedestrian crossing, drove onto it and hit a person. Instead of accepting responsibility, he is trying with all his might to close the case, a dishonest person and lawyer, I do not recommend dealing with him.
