Whomever the receptionist is, she has horrible professionalism and etiquette. Cutting off inquiring prospective clients in the middle of talking is extremely rude. I had 3 matters I was looking to hire an attorney for, and found this law practice through Metlife. The most pressing matter was a ticket my son received, and then I also need to get my children's last names changed and a Will made. I am deaf as I used my video relay interpreter on my phone, however, I received an call as I answered the phone and she throws as shotgun then hung up without greeting to explain the reason of rejection. I did called back why she hung up so fast and she act likely that she didn’t hung up but just leave a message. I am already on the phone to answer and not leaving messages.
