I am deaf as I used my video relay interpreter on my phone, however, I received an call as I answered the phone and she throws as shotgun then hung up without greeting to explain the reason of rejection. I did called back why she hung up so fast and she act likely that she didn’t hung up but just leave a message. I am already on the phone to answer and not leaving messages.
