Phillip Wellner is blaming the Law Offices of Brian Herman for his delay on completing substitution of council forms on a case he was paid to do for me. According to Mr. Wellner this is the direct cause for the less than favorable outcome of my case. Very sad to hear that this office played such a role in our cases outcome.
