Worst attorney I have ever had to deal with. Based on his performance in court, he is not knowledgeable in any forms of law. Lost our kids because of his negligence. He was so bad. He even personally got sued by the other attorney for wasting the courts time and they won.. Do not use this attorney, you will be sorry if you do. Complete waste of time and money
Fantastic! I needed some help filling out what should have been routine paperwork, but that up being more complicated then expected. Mr. McLawhorn helped me get it all sorted so I could get it filed and get the process rolling. Law is silly complicated sometimes, Im glad I had some help. Thank you :-)
Ben and his team worked very diligently when providing legal consultation for me. Their efforts helped me and my family out immensely. His team is very quick to reply and provided me with updates and presented me with options as they became available. I would certainly recommend this law firm to anyone who requires legal help. I was mislead by this firm! I was told through ncbar.org & the secretary that they took cases in the county that I reside in, so I booked a $51 consultation. When I spoke to Benjamin he told me that they don’t cover my county & that he was just doing these $51 consultations to help people out. I am a single mom & would not have paid for a consultation if I could not have hired the attorney to represent me. This was not helpful at all!!!
