Destroyed my doctor patient relationship. Needs a lesson in professionalism. Abuses clinicians that are involved in the case. For example: he refers clients to Select Physical therapy where they get bad treatment because they give kickbacks to Lesmez. Then the client went to Evolution Physical therapy to receive decent care. When it was time to settle, Lesmez grinded the doctors bill down with threats if they didn't agree. Lesmez gives kick backs to tow truck drivers, body shops, restraunt owners, you name it, for car accident cases. 2. When your case settles, Lesmez has the insurance company write two checks, one he shows you and one he deposits on his own.
