I was first charged with driving without insurance. While I was insured, I couldn't find my proof of insurance at the time of being pulled over. I was assigned a court date that I missed by mistake - thus, an ex parte judgement was made for me finding me guilty of charges that would then lead to fines and revoking of my license. Mr. Nickels never returns any of my phone calls. I'm in a serious situation that needs to be/get taken care of. I've paid him in full and that was my biggest regret. He's very unprofessional. I'm in need of a call back and a refund!! Being patient is out of the question.
