The first time I contacted them I was able to talk to Andrew directly that same day and tell him about my situation and ask questions etc. It was a nice long convo and he said if I had any questions to reach out to him. I was first charged with driving without insurance. While I was insured, I couldn't find my proof of insurance at the time of being pulled over. I was assigned a court date that I missed by mistake - thus, an ex parte judgement was made for me finding me guilty of charges that would then lead to fines and revoking of my license.
