Mr. Morse has been my attorney in a real estate transaction. I found him diligent and committed, he has been of huge help. He saved me from a huge legal trap in a contract that would have ruined my life. Everlasting gratitude.
Mr. Morse helped me with the eviction of a tenant. I found him to be helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. He took time to understand my situation and recommend the best course of action. He helped negotiate an agreement, and most importantly, establish a hard move-out date with the tenant. He was transparent about his fees, so there were no surprises. I would recommend him for any landlord-tenant issue.
