Mr. Morse has been my attorney in a real estate transaction. I found him diligent and committed, he has been of help. He has also displayed immature behavior and an unnecessary obstructionist, antagonistic attitude towards the attorney of the other party, including foot dragging on his part for no reason. I would never use him again.
I called Albert Morse with some questions, he was very professional, spent a lot of time addressing my inquiries and referred me to attorneys who deal with my issues. I would recommend him based on that one call!
Attorney Morse provided a free consultation that lasted 30 minutes on a landlord tenant issue and let me call him back the next day. The consultation was substantive and I was impressed with the detailed information he gave.
