I am posting this review to warn others about my experience with attorney Alan J. Horwitz. Throughout my case, his conduct toward me was hostile, intimidating, and unprofessional. He made false statements about my rental history to my own attorney — statements that were completely untrue and irrelevant to the case. He also told the judge that my jury demand was untimely, and the judge disagreed with him on the record and granted the jury trial. They work but not at reasonable prices! I wouldn't have used.
He can't respond in a timely manner. Either he is too busy or he doesn't' recognize he's pushing prospective clients away.
