Richard was great to work with and provided invaluable support throughout my case. From our initial communication, he offered a great deal of helpful information—even before I officially retained him as my attorney. This ultimately became the deciding factor for me, as he had no obligation to assist at that stage yet did so anyway. He was consistently responsive, calm, and attentive to the specific details of my case.
Seemed like he really cared before we hired him. As soon as he got paid, all the empathy disappeared. Just a job to him. He gets paid no matter what. Do not hire.
I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. When I first needed representation I looked around and saw Richard on google with a good 4/5 star review. I read his 5/5 and his 1/5 and thought that the 1/5 stars reviews were just upset at him because the case was lost, but in fact that’s not the reason why. It’s funny how you say the acquisitions Are 100% shameful and aren’t true. Especially when I called to find out how you were placed on my son‘s case and they told me you were a hired lawyer, which meant someone from within hired you it wasn’t me. They told me to my face that I hired you, knowing that I didn’t which made it plainly obvious that someone from within Hired you to not properly represent my son so everything that I said is true.
