Zak Fisher and his assistant, Elena Stevens, were able to help us in a limited capacity. He didn't have to say yes, but I'm certainly glad he did! Although the other party failed to show and the case was dismissed without prejudice, Zak showed up ready to negotiate on our behalf and understood the situation.
