I do not recommend Vugar to anyone. I had a terrible experience with him. He made everything worse and more difficult for me. I signed a contract with him and paid all my fees in advance for his legal representation during immigration process. We were supposed to work together until the end of my immigration process. But right after we sent our application, he withdrew from my case without asking my consent. And he said per our agreement his work is fulfilled and he didnt owe me any more services.
