If I could give this law firm 0 stars, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, my negative experience was entirely due to the front desk staff and overall lack of professionalism at the front office. The front desk is the first impression of any business, and in this case, it was a very poor one. My husband and I arrived at 11:25 AM for our 11:30 AM appointment, only to sit and wait while another couple who arrived after us was called back at 12:15 PM.
