I usually don't write reviews but will make an exception for these people. I hired them to handle a dire squatter situation in Long Beach and paid an excessive amount of money just so they get the 3 day notice correct. They completely butchered the 3 day notice. And Tracy was scared to go to trial because he knew he completely botched that 3 day notice. The only thing they were supposed to get right, they got completely wrong. Some of the worst people to deal with. They are honestly worse than problem tenants. They overcharge, and do absolutely nothing. Evictions are very procedural and very straightforward. And any eviction service will do a better job for 1/4 of the price. Also every tenant will answer unlawful detainer suit to buy themselves time, and cases almost never go to trial. yet These guys scare the living * out of you and say they're preparing you for JURY TRIAL.
