Attorney Duffey helped us with a probate issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and kept us up to date every step of the way and answered our calls and questions. When an additional document had to be signed and notarized, he even brought it out to the house, which was very convenient for us. He is highly recommended.
I can't say enough about Attorney Duffey's ability. He handled a tragic situation involving my family and a fatal accident caused by a drunk driver. The case lasted a long time as it went through bankruptcy of one of the parties, a dismissal of another, and an appeal of that dismissal. Tom did not give up but kept fighting, got money from the bankruptcy, and also won the appeal in a unanimous decision in the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
