All I have to say is he’s the worst attorney you could have in South Florida. Please don’t waste your money with him — he only cares about getting paid. I wasted five years of my life letting him defend me. Yes, we won, but the case could have been beaten a long time ago. If you choose to hire him, good luck. He is also rude and disrespectful.
Horrible experience, cares about you to take your money soon as you got it you don’t care make your rotten in jail like he did me. I had to hire a different attorney because he stopped answering his phone.

This was one of the worst legal experiences my family has ever been through. He is disorganized, rude, unprepared, and completely unprofessional. He showed up to court with no knowledge of the case, offered zero strategy or support, and acted like we were an inconvenience to him. It honestly felt like he was just there to collect a check. Thomas / Tom Morse was referred by a trusted source as an excellent attorney I could afford who will give the best odds for a fair and just outcome.
