She is beyond horrid. She is disheveled and unprofessional looking. Members of my family had to go to court just to Skype with their own grandchildren. In the process of doing this, she accidentally emailed them and referred to them as terrorist bullies - grandparents that only wanted a weekly Skype session. Pretty interesting reading all these comments. Like a love hate kind of thing. This woman represented my ex wife in our divorce and an ongoing custody battle. I will absolutely agree with all the other comments here that Theresa costs people copious amounts of money. She was late to several of our hearings and ended up costing me money that I shouldn't have had to spend and to her its no big deal. Interesting seeing what was written here. She represented a family member and what they are saying about her not remembering things, being late, unresponsive, etc. is so true. She does not want things to get settled. She will not allow you to accept the mediators recommendations. She is quite rude and dresses rather slovenly showing up once with slippers. She acts like she cares about the children - she doesn't. She wants to win at all costs and could care less who gets hurt in the process. She overcharges and is rude... read more

Theresa may be the worst divorce attorney in Delaware County. She doesn't keep great records and she doesnt come to court prepared at all. At one court appearance, she spent the entire time on her cell phone while I hashed things out with opposing counsel. On another scheduled court date, we actually spoke the evening before and she said she would see me tomorrow.
