Mr. Marley, literally ghosted me. All of the sudden, he would not answer my e-mail or phone messages. While trying to contact him, opposing counsel set up a hearing and Mr. Marley never informed me nor attended himself, resulting in the other party getting everything they asked for as there was nobody there to argue my case. Obviously, I secured new counsel. Mr. Marley, never even sent me a single billable statement not addressed the status of my retainer after several requests. His malpractice extended my divorce case at le... read more
